As a loud, proud summer lover, I’m sad to see it winding down. Though it’s still warm here in NYC, I can already feel the subtle shifts in the air. The sun is going down a little earlier, the mornings are a little cooler, and the air just feels transitional.
With the change in seasons, our wellness routines can often use a refresh as well. What works for us during the summer, doesn’t really work during the fall and winter. As the days get shorter and we begin to crave more comfort, it’s a great time to make small changes to support your well-being.
